John Kennedy’s remarkable win over John Pesutto, former Liberal MP and Shadow Attorney General, in the blue-ribbon seat of Hawthorn was one of the most stunning results from the 2018 State Election.

Conrad French spoke to John about the education system, his faith, the election result, and why a newspaper once mistakenly thought he’d captained a frigate.
